Terms & Conditions - Fulfillment Policy

1. Order Processing

Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email detailing the items purchased and the expected delivery timeframe.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Payment: Payments must be received in full before orders are dispatched. Unpaid orders will be cancelled after 7 days if no contact has been made.

 

2. Product

Product Pricing: Prices advertised do not include GST or Courier. This cost will be added at the checkout.

Product Errors: Ranford Bingo reserves the right to amend or rectify any errors in pricing or product specification within a reasonable time frame of being notified of it or after an order has been processed.

 

2. Shipping

Shipping Methods: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected product size, weight and destination. Selecting the wrong shipping rate may result in delays of your item being sent out. Please contact us if you are unsure which shipping option to use.

Shipping Costs: The anticipated delivery charges will be notified to you when you complete the order, although in some cases the actual delivery charges may be higher (e.g. if the products are large/heavy or delivery is to a rural location). We will notify you if this happens, in which case you may cancel the order (or any part of it) prior to delivery and receive a refund (including the applicable delivery charges) in respect of the cancelled order.

Delivery Time: Standard shipping generally takes 1 to 2 business days. If rural allow an additional 2-4 business days. Saturday Delivery is available at request. There is an extra charge for this option.

We use a third party for delivering items - while we will endeavour to have your item delivered within the time frame sometimes this is not always possible. If you choose to return the product because it hasn't arrived in time:

  • Return courier will be at your own cost​

  • Refund is made for the product only and it must be in good order. 

Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package online.

Authority to Leave: All parcels being delivered by NZ Couriers on behalf of Ranford Bingo require a signature. We can give the driver Authority to Leave at customers request, but this is at your own risk. 

 

4. Order Changes and Cancellations

Order Changes: If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing the order. We cannot guarantee cancellation, or changes can be made once the order is in processing.

 

5. Returns

Return Policy: If you have any queries with delivery or invoice, or would like to return an item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We accept returns within 7 days of receipt for most items. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for a return authorisation.

 

7. Customer Service

8. Policy Updates

Changes to Policy: We may update our fulfilment policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and we encourage you to review our policy periodically.
